أعلنت شركة هيوماين، التابعة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، إنها تتعاون مع شركة EY (إرنست ويونغ) عشان تطوّر أول خدمة في السعودية لإسناد عمليات الأعمال تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، حسب موقع سعودي تك.
وإسناد عمليات الأعمال يعني إن الشركة تسلّم جزء من شغلها الإداري والتشغيلي لجهة ثانية تديره عنها. والفكرة هنا إن هالشغل يتم بخليط من «الوكلاء» الأذكياء والأتمتة والتحليلات، مع خبرة بشرية.
وتقسيم الأدوار حسب الخبر: هيوماين توفّر البنية التقنية ومنظومة الوكلاء الأذكياء، و EY تساعد في تطوير الحلول وتسويقها، وتقدّم خبرتها في المالية والتدقيق والضرائب والاستشارات. والشغل كله مبني على منصة HUMAIN ONE، اللي تخلّي الشركات تشغّل وكلاء أذكياء في أكثر من إدارة.
وقال طارق أمين، الرئيس التنفيذي لهيوماين، إن الذكاء الاصطناعي يعطي فرصة لإعادة تصميم طريقة عمل المؤسسات من الأساس. وقال عبدالعزيز السويلم، رئيس EY في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، إن الشركة بتسخّر خبراتها في المالية والتدقيق والضرائب لدعم منصة HUMAIN ONE وهي تتطور.
وتقول الشركتان إنهم ناويين يوسّعون الخدمة لقطاعات أكثر في المنطقة، ومستمرين في اختبار الحلول عشان تناسب احتياج الجهات الحكومية والخاصة.
HUMAIN, a Public Investment Fund company, announced it is working with EY to develop Saudi Arabia's first AI-based business process outsourcing service, according to Saudi Tech.
Business process outsourcing means a company hands part of its administrative and operational work to another party to run for it. The idea here is that this work is done with a mix of AI agents, automation and analytics, alongside human expertise.
According to the report, HUMAIN provides the technical infrastructure and its AI agent system, while EY helps develop and market the solutions and brings its expertise in finance, audit, tax and consulting. The work is built on HUMAIN ONE, a platform that lets companies run AI agents across different departments.
HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin said AI offers a chance to fundamentally redesign how organisations work. Abdulaziz Al-Sowailim, EY's MENA chairman and CEO, said the firm will put its finance, audit and tax expertise behind HUMAIN ONE as it evolves.
The two companies say they plan to expand the service to more sectors in the region and are continuing to test the solutions to fit the needs of government and private organisations.
