بس مو في كل شي: في اختبار Tau-Voice اللي يحاكي مكالمات دعم فيها لهجات ثقيلة وإزعاج، تقدّم نموذج OpenAI بفارق بسيط (74.5% مقابل 71.6%)، والشركة تقول إن نموذجها كان أسرع بحوالي 40% في أول رد صوتي.
وحسب الشركة، خدمة Grok Voice في ستارلينك ترد على حوالي 20 ألف مكالمة يوميًا بأكثر من لغة، وقرابة 70% منها تنحل بدون موظف.

Elon Musk's AI company (formerly xAI, now called SpaceXSI) released Grok Voice 3.0, the speech model behind its Voice Agent API for businesses, according to SiliconANGLE.
It's aimed at companies that run voice agents for customer support and sales. On Artificial Analysis's independent Speech-to-Speech Index it ranked first at 86.9, ahead of OpenAI's GPT-Live-1 at 83.2 and Google's Gemini 3.8 Live at 82.6.
It didn't win everything: on Tau-Voice, a test of support calls with heavy accents and background noise, OpenAI's model kept a narrow lead (74.5% vs 71.6%), though the company says its model reached first audio about 40% faster.
According to the company, Grok Voice answers about 20,000 Starlink customer calls a day in several languages, with roughly 70% resolved without a human.
Developers pay 8 cents a minute, the same as the previous version.
