نشرت شركة أنثروبيك، صاحبة Claude، تقرير في 16 أكتوبر عن كيف تغيّر الشغل والتوظيف داخل الشركة نفسها، معتمد على بياناتها الداخلية ومقابلات مع 17 موظف.
أبرز رقم: نسبة المبتدئين من التوظيف التقني نزلت من 27% إلى 9%، ونسبة المبتدئين بين الموظفين التقنيين نزلت من 21% إلى 14% من بداية 2025، مع إن الشركة مستمرة تكبر. وبنفس الوقت، الساعات اللي اشتغلها وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي اللي يوجّهونها الموظفين صارت بحلول أغسطس 6 أضعاف ساعات الموظفين.
والإنتاجية زادت: عدد مرات رفع الكود لكل مهندس صار 5 أضعاف اللي كان عليه قبل ستة أشهر، والمحامين صاروا يخلّصون عقود أكثر، وموظفين المبيعات يقفلون صفقات أكثر. ولما قارنوا الكود اللي كتبه الوكيل بالكود اللي كتبه الموظف نفسه، ما لقوا فرق في نسبة الكود اللي ينحذف أو يتراجعون عنه بعدين.
بس صار الإنسان هو اللي يأخّر الشغل: حوالي 80% من وقت جلسات الوكلاء انتظار لرد الموظف. ومدراء التوظيف صاروا يركزون أكثر على الاستقلالية وحسن التقدير، وعلى استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بإبداع، أكثر من الخبرة التقنية الضيقة.
والتقرير نفسه ينبّه إن وضع أنثروبيك غير عادي، وإن كثير من ممارساتها ما ينفع تتعمم على باقي الاقتصاد.
Anthropic, the maker of Claude, published a report on 16 October on how work and hiring have changed inside the company itself, based on its internal data and interviews with 17 employees.
The headline figure: juniors' share of technical hires fell from 27% to 9%, and the share of junior staff in technical departments fell from 21% to 14% since early 2025, even as the company kept growing. Over the same period, hours worked by AI agents directed by employees reached six times employees' own hours by August.
Output rose: code commits per engineer are five times their level six months earlier, lawyers process more contracts and salespeople close more deals. Comparing code written by agents with code written directly by the same employee, the researchers found no difference in how much was later removed or reverted.
But people have become the bottleneck: about 80% of agent session time is spent waiting for human input. Hiring managers now put more weight on autonomy, judgment and creative use of AI tools, relative to narrow technical expertise.
The report itself cautions that Anthropic's situation is unusual and many of its practices can't be replicated across the economy.
